How To Look 2 Months Ahead with a Master Calendar: Part 1

Inspired by a need for a big group calendar and a desire to incorporate more washi tape into my life, our department decided an oversized, easily updated calendar would be perfect use of our old expo board in our conference room.
I purchased a variety of Scotch washi tape from Target.

I marked off how big I wanted the squares and went to town. On the right, there are individual months planned out for the entire year. Any of our counselors or administrators can look at this calendar and know our big projects/events/meeting/classroom guidance throughout the year. Each counselor uses a specific color marker to identify their events.
